Black WeissRelease Date:31-03-2018 (with several new brewings).Description of the Craft Beer:Black Weissbier is a recipe created by a friend of the Picaria Factory and has a distinctive and unique aroma and flavour due to the combination of special hops such as Hallertau and the selected raw materials. Visually highlights the consistent foam, its unique colour and the fine turbidity of the yeast in suspension, since this beer is not filtered. Black Weissbier has a slight sweet traction at the end of the mouth that contrasts with the fine bitter hops used, such as tettnang, and a light and refreshing character. India Pale AleRelease Date: 17-01-2018 (with several new brewings)Description of the Craft Beer:IPA's original recipe was developed in England with the aim of obtaining a beer that could withstand long boat trips in wooden barrels to very distant destinations such as India. The strong hopping and the alcoholic degree contributed to maintaining the stability of the beer during the transport. The IPA is a high fermentation beer (Ale type), with a strong body, Ruby colour, very intense bitterness and a fruity and citric aroma characteristic of Centennial American hops.
